Do you take insurance?

We are not in-network and do not bill directly to any insurance companies at this time. Receipts can be provided should you wish to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Requirements and reimbursement rates vary by insurance company.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. FSA/HSA funds can also be used when available as a credit card. Therapy payments are required at the end of each session. Evaluations can be paid in full at initial appointment, or split into two payments. Full payment must be received for all evaluations prior to feedback session.

Do you accept Step Up/Family Empowerment Scholarships?

Yes! We are an approved provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship (formerly McKay/Gardiner).

Do you accept any other funding?

Yes! We are an approved provider for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Services. If you are seeking services through VR, please have your case manager contact us with approval.

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

IEEs are independent evaluations conducted by a psychologist outside of the school district. These are requested when a parent disagrees with the findings at the area school. IEEs require approval, but are paid for by the school district. We are an approved IEE provider for Hillsborough County Public Schools.
